To avoid the great creature, Orion jumped into the sea. It was at that moment that Apollo [the Greek god of the Sun] decided to take some action. Apollo called out to his twin sister, Artemis [a Small Black object in the sea]. Claiming it was a terrible villain, he dared her to shoot “it” with her bow and arrow. Artemis was very good at hitting targets so, she easily shot the “villain”. When she went to retrieve her victim, she found out that the “villain” was her best friend, Orion”
Artemis begged and begged the gods to bring Orion back to life, but over and over they refused. So, after they made it very clear, Artemis decided to put Orion’s picture in the sky with the beautiful stars so that she could look up and always see him.
